1.Unique Production Process:
Our production process embodies precision and excellence, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.
Column Production Process:
Beginning with the meticulous selection of hot-dip galvanized or galvanized steel coils, our process involves precision slitting and uncoiling to achieve a fixed width. This is followed by rolling and forming, culminating in cutting to a precise fixed length. Precision cutting with process holes, deburring, and meticulous upper parts processing ensure exact specifications. The process then moves to degreasing, cleaning, and phosphorus chemical treatment for optimal surface preparation. Pure water cleaning and thorough drying set the stage for a flawless finish. Spraying and curing are meticulously executed, leading seamlessly into the next part processing, packaging, and delivering a superior finished product.
Mesh Production Process:
For our mesh production, we start with Q195 hot-rolled high-wire wire rods. These are cold-drawn to achieve the desired wire diameter, followed by hot-dip galvanizing to enhance durability. The wire is then processed into small galvanized coils, ready for further production. Wire rod/straight bar feeding is a critical step before entering the welded mesh production stage. Trimming, punching angles, and pressing reinforcement grooves ensure structural integrity and precision. Shaping the mesh to exact specifications is followed by upper part processing, degreasing, and thorough cleaning. Phosphating enhances the surface for optimal coating adhesion. Pure water cleaning and meticulous drying prepare the mesh for a flawless finish. Spraying and curing ensure a durable coating, followed by lower part processing, packaging, and delivery of the finished product.
